Symphony of the rat. 2007. musical composition.

In this work I use genetic code as the basis for a musical composition by transposing a rat's DNA sequence (lines of the letters c, g, a, t, or cytosine, guanine, adenine, thymine) to a score in which c, g, and a represent the musical notes c, g, and a, while the letter t, which has no corresponding note in the Natural scale, represents an interval of silence (rest). This work was produced with the help of Kelly & Jonny Sexton.
