VIDEO STUDIO

Artists have been working with video since the late sixties when Sony introduced the first portable video camera. In this class students will learn about the history of video art while gaining production experience by developing their own projects.

Unit 01 - Performance: shooting video, recording audio, in-camera editing.
Unit 02 - Documentary: post-production.
Unit 03 - Narrative: writing, storyboarding.
Unit 04 - Installation: working with single channel and multi-channel set ups.
